MCDOWELL MINISTRIES VISION & PURPOSE

Mission Statement:

GO… into all the world to… Encourage, Establish, Equip and Empower Ordinary People to do Extraordinary Things with God!

This is a 4-stage development process:

• Encouraging people to trust God and His Word
• Establishing people in the present-day truth of God’s Word
• Equipping people with the power of the Holy Spirit
• Empowering people to stand in their own call and ministry

This is accomplished by the preaching and teaching ministry of Clifton and Leta McDowell accompanied with demonstrations of the Holy Spirit through:

• Crusade Outreaches
• Developing Training Centers In Foreign Nations
• Evangelism/Mission Training
• Week-End Leadership Conferences
• Motivational Gifts Seminars

THE BEGINNING OF PHASE THREE OF WWTC

WWTC has just began the third phase, the two last phases (10 Years) have been
a wonderful journey of discovery with the Lord.

PHASE ONE: This Phase was from 2004 to 2008 – Level One;

• Putting Down Roots

In this Phase, Founders Moved to Kenya, Bult Temporary Offices and
Classroom at Praise Centre Mbale, Developed Curriculum, Developed Staff,
Acquired Equipment, Graduated Four Wonderful Classes and Completed Phase
One successfully.

PHASE TWO: This Phase was from 2009 to 2013 – Level Two;

• Growth and Stability

In this Phase, we acquired Campus Property, Built Founders’ Office, moved to
the Campus, built Staffroom and a Library; where by the Library was used as a
Classroom, Developed Alumni Association, Degree Program, Began Continous
Education Program Seminars, IT Conversion to Windows 8 and completed the
Phase well.

PHASE THREE: This Phase is from 2014 to 2018 – Level Three;

• Expansion and Fruit Bearing

2014 – Year of Development
2015 – Year of Implementation
2016 – Year of Establishment
2017 – Supernatural Multilplication
